ReplyDeletejust those 2 meals alone are more than i eat a day. instead of weight watchers, just try to eat less.
ReplyDeleteMark- I hardly believe that you eat less this is in one day unless you eat like a bird. These two meals are very healthy, low fat and low in calories. Thanks for your input, but if I wanted it I would have asked. I am writing this blog not to be criticized but to share my experience and show others different ways to eat healthy food that can be good.
