Weight Watchers Day Two

Mood: Tired and stressed

Goals for the day: Drink 8 glasses of water and eat more veggies.

 
Breakfast

Hunger before meal: Very hungry
Hunger after meal: Super full
Multi grain waffles smothered in yogurt and fruit!

1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt     3pts

3 slices Turkey bacon                              2pts
1 slice tomato                                            0pts
1 slice onion                                               0pts
1 dill pickle                                                 0pts

Salad
Bowl of mixed green                              0pts
1 Tbsp vinegar and oil                           2pts

This lunch was fast, easy and oh so satisfing! I loved it!

  1. just those 2 meals alone are more than i eat a day. instead of weight watchers, just try to eat less.

  2. Mark- I hardly believe that you eat less this is in one day unless you eat like a bird. These two meals are very healthy, low fat and low in calories. Thanks for your input, but if I wanted it I would have asked. I am writing this blog not to be criticized but to share my experience and show others different ways to eat healthy food that can be good.
